JFA is pleased to announce its newest member of the JFA HELP team. Michael Goyer will join Coach Theresa Felton in the JFA HELP department as the Wellness Programs Coordinator. JFA HELP (Healthy Employee Lifestyle Programs) offers customized programs dedicated to workplace wellness. These programs are oriented around building awareness, promoting activity, and achieving results to help reduce the overall business expenses associated with health-care.
Michael Goyer joins our teams after earning his BS in Business Administration, with a minor in Health Science, from SUNY Oswego in 2007, and his Master of Public Health from SUNY Albany in 2010. He has also interned as a Community Health Specialist for Madison County, and since graduation has worked as an Quality Assurance Program Assistant for the AIDS Institute, NYS Dept of Health, and an after-school health educator for the Boys & Girls Club of Southern Rensselaer County.
