The health and safety of our employees, clients and friends is of utmost importance to us here at JFA. As such, we wanted to let you know how we are fully operational as we work through continued guidance from authorities related to the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Several years ago we put into place systems and processes to ensure we are prepared to seamlessly transition to a remote workforce should a disaster strike. We utilize HIPAA secure web-based platforms, provide laptop computers to all staff which are equipped with bitlock secure protocol, moved to an internet-based phone system, and launched the Zoom web-based communication platform agency-wide which enables us to host video conferences and meetings from anywhere.

At this time, over 80% of our workforce is currently working remotely (for those few who are still reporting to each of our locations, we fall under the “essential businesses” definition) and we want to assure you that we remain open for business and able to provide uninterrupted service in the same secure and confidential manner we always have.

We have also taken the following steps:

·    All business travel has been temporarily halted and we have implemented a quarantine policy to cover personal travel.

·    We have asked our employees to replace face to face meetings with conference calls and video calls using the Zoom platform.

·    We are limiting unnecessary group interactions, including cancelling events during this time.

·    Those of us who are still reporting to our three locations are closely following the social distancing and sanitizing precautions recommended by our state and federal authorities.

We want to assure you that we are ready to serve you as we always have. We will continue to evaluate how we can best serve you and our community while maintaining adherence to any other requirements that may be established hereafter by local, state or federal authorities.
